Johnstown Construction was selected the general contractor for their Upper Yoder location after negotiating with American Dental the parent company of Chestnut Hills Dental. The project was designed by Margulies Perruzzi Architects based in Boston, MA. The project consisted of demolition and new construction of a state of the art, full-service dental office. The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. JCS provided many cost saving ideas throughout the project. Overall the project was very successful which led to JCS being selected the contractor for renovations to their Richland office. We are also negotiating with American Dental on other locations throughout Western PA.
