Johnstown Construction Services has been selected for Phase One expansion. Phase One of the multiphase consists of site work and parking lot upgrades. Johnstown Construction Services has worked closely with Geistown Boro and neighbors on stormwater design. This project is scheduled for completion as of November 2011. Johnstown Construction Services will begin Phase Two construction in the Spring of 2012.
